Cassie Gardens, the name of the senior-living facility, will have 96 units in a three-story building that's net square footage will be roughly 70,000 square feet. The units will have both one and two bedrooms, a living and dining area as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. An amenity package will include an activity room, library, fitness center, outdoor garden, pavillion and dog park, according to the Jacksonville-based general contractor. The architect on the project is Group 4 Design Inc., and the developer is listed as Cassie Gardens LTD. Construction started in October 2017 with an estimated completion some time in fall 2018.
