Local Banks Dedicated to Our Community

The banks below are our community partners and are dedicated to serving our local businesses and community members in this difficult time:

VyStar Credit Union

The recently announced VyStar Relief Program provides business members with options to defer payments to meet cash flow needs during this challenging time.  Business credit cards received an automatic 60-day deferral and options are available to defer commercial auto and equipment loans for 60 days and commercial mortgages for 90 days.  Members can contact their business banker or email businessportfolio@vystarcu.org to get started.  Many small business owners have started asking about the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and other CARES Stimulus Package enhancements that were passed on Friday, March 27.  These programs are handled by the Small Business Administration (SBA). Currently, VyStar is an approved SBA lender; however, we work through a 3rd party vendor to process these types of requests.  Members needing more immediate assistance can go to www.sba.gov or contact their business banker.

Jax Federal Credit Union

We understand this is a challenging time and we are here to help with COVID-19 Relief:

PNC Bank

PNC understands the significant impact that the coronavirus pandemic is having on many of our consumer, small business and corporate and institutional bank customers. We continue to work with those impacted, providing a variety of solutions that make the most sense for meeting their particular needs.  In addition to these solutions, we recently have supported consumers and businesses with billions of dollars of incremental loans. The newly enacted federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act provides a variety of additional emergency relief programs for businesses (including the Paycheck Protection Program) and consumers. We are actively working to operationalize these programs as quickly as possible so that we can further assist our customers in maximizing their relief under the Act’s provisions.  As we navigate these uncertain times together, the safety and well-being of our customers, employees and the communities we serve remains our top priority. We will continue to update this site on the steps PNC is taking to do just that.

Chase Bank

Please stay safe and take good care of yourself and your loved ones.  As we all adapt many parts of our lives, I urge you to use all the tools we have on the Chase Mobile® app and chase.com whenever possible. Our how-to videos can help.
