283 College Drive, Orange Park, FL 32065

We were honored to hear from Ed Randolph, Director of Business Development for City of Jacksonville Office of Economic Development, about the partnership, the advantages it provides, and what it means for our community.

AllianceFlorida at Cecil Commerce Center is a public-private project between Hillwood and the City of Jacksonville. The first class, master-planned multimodal business park is located directly north of Clay County on the westside of Jacksonville at I-10 and SR-23 (First Coast Expressway). In 2009, Hillwood won a competitive bid to become the Master Developer of the 4,474-acre center, a portion of the former BRAC closed Naval Air Station Cecil Field owned by the City of Jacksonville. Total build-out of AllianceFlorida is anticipated to be almost 34 million square feet with primary distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, assembly uses and some supporting mixed uses.
