December of ‘22, BTI Partners purchased the 3,300-acre tract known as the Governors Park (DRI) Development. Located just south of Green Cove Springs and at a First Coast Expressway interchange, this master planned community is currently entitled for 6,000 residential units, 1M square feet of commercial retail space, 700K square feet of commercial office space, 400 hotel rooms, and 2M square feet of light industrial space.
